Welcome to Rezorhost.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for and/or using any of our services, you (“client,” “you,” or “user”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of all hosting and VPS services offered by Host.Youcabe.in.
We exclusively offer the following services:
- Shared Web Hosting
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
No additional services such as domain registration, email hosting, or software licenses are provided unless explicitly stated.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during account creation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities under your account.
Payments are to be made in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your selected plan.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, and other standard Indian payment methods.
Invoices not paid within the due date may lead to service suspension.
Reactivation of suspended services may incur a reactivation fee.
A full refund is available within 15 days of account activation, no questions asked.
No refund will be processed after 15 days.
Domain-related services (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable if terms have been violated.
Additional storage (external/mounted) is available at the rate of ₹10 per GB per month.
Charges will reflect in your monthly invoice based on usage.
Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth consumption that affects server stability is not permitted.
Cryptocurrency mining, bot activity, and any automated bulk-processing tools are strictly prohibited.
Violating these policies may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Allowed content includes video, audio, and image files only.
Hosting of copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited.
On receiving a valid DMCA or copyright complaint, your account may be suspended or terminated.
Reactivation charges may apply if the account is suspended for policy violations.
We strictly comply with the Copyright Act.
Hosting or sharing pirated software, movies, music, or similar material without permission of the copyright owner is a violation.
Upon notice, we may suspend/terminate the account without prior warning.
Our servers come pre-installed with the following software:
- FFmpeg – for media encoding and decoding
- yt-dlp – for video download automation (legal use only)
Usage of these tools must comply with Indian laws and copyright regulations.
While we take server-level backups, clients are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups.
We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, attacks, or human error.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following conditions:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Failure to make payment on time
- Hosting of illegal or prohibited content
- Abuse of server resources
Reactivation after suspension will require a service charge, the amount of which will be notified via email.
Users must not use the hosting services for:
- Sending bulk spam emails
- Hosting phishing pages
- Participating in DDoS or hacking attempts
- Distributing malware or illegal software
Such activities will lead to instant termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. In no event shall Rezorhost.com be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business interruptions
- Any claim against the client by any third party
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued usage of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
